If your subscription renewal has failed due to your card expiring, we recommend that you go to “My Subscription“, select “Pay” and enter your new card details as you checkout. Then go back to “My account“, delete your old card details and choose your new card as your preferred option.
This is because we do not save any of your card details ourselves and it is stored with our payment system Eway, which needs you to process a transaction with them in order to update it.
