Set sail with this hands-on Sponge Boat craft that really floats!

Explore buoyancy, balance, and design with our Sponge Boat that tamariki can build themselves using a sponge base, wooden mast and details, then colour and decorate the paper sail before testing it on water - you can also have races by blowing wind in the sail!

Through building, experimenting, and redesigning, children learn key STEAM concepts like flotation, stability, and cause-and-effect. 

This craft comes in a set of 10 - perfect for classrooms, school holiday programmes, or curious young engineers who love to learn through play.
