Matariki Mobile

Celebrate the rising of Matariki with this beautiful mobile that you can decorate however you like!

Have fun decorating Matariki and the eight stars in the cluster with pens, paints, and gems all while learning about the Matariki Cluster. This mobile is easy to put together by tying knots in the twine, however younger children may need some help.

Kit includes:

• One large Matariki star (10cm)
• Eight smaller Matariki stars (6.5cm)
• Mobile hanger (28.5cm)
• Twine (approx 1m)
• Beads (20 small beads plus one large star bead)
• A printed guide to all the Matariki stars and their names

You will need:

• Felt tip pens, Paint or Paint Pens
• Scissors

This craft is great for all ages, but younger children may need help threading and tying knots. 

Contains small parts - not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
