Matariki Stars
Use our free downloadable printable to make fun paper 3d stars!
Supplies needed
- Free Matariki craft star printable
- Glue stick or double sided tape
- Felt Markers
- Stick on gems
- Scissors
Instructions
- Print out the free printable and gather some supplies to decorate!
- Start by colouring in the patterns
- Cut out your page
- Cut it into two squares
- Fold each square into a triangle
- Then fold it the other way
- Cut along the four solid lines
- Open it up and fold to create the star tips
- Add some glue to the one side of each tip
- Fold over to create the start tip
- Add some glue along the base (or use double sided tape)
Finally glue your shapes together to make your 3d Matariki star!
