- Glue on mini pom poms
- Tear small pieces off cotton wool and glue down onto the ghost.
- Spread glue on the ghost, then lay white yarn (or any other colour!) on top.
- Glue them onto twine, or you can also make a small hole in the ghosts head with a hole punch and string them on.
