You will need:
- Black paper or card
- Cotton buds
- Glue

Steps:
1. Cut out a skeleton head from our free printable
2. Cut some cotton buds in half
3. Let children go wild recreating and matching the designs below, then make their own!
4. Have lots of fun playing first before sticking it down. Make a few!
5. Now, you can hang them up as decorations, or you could make greeting cards for friends!
