How to Make a Rainbow Pop Up Card

Surprise someone special with this fun Rainbow Pop Up Card you can make yourself! 

Here's how... 

1. First, download our FREE printable here and print on light card. Then, colour in the rainbow and cut it out.

Fold inwards along the dotted lines on the clouds so the stars are facing in. These will be your cloud tabs. (Tip: you can fold backwards first then fold the other way)

Fold the rainbow in half using the dotted lines as a guide - make sure the black lines are facing outwards this time.

Now cut along the solid black line to make your card. Fold the card in half along the dotted line and decorate the outside.

Place a small amount of glue or double sided tape on the back side of the cloud tabs.

Try to line up the stars on the rainbow with the stars on the card and line up the center fold of the card with the center fold of the rainbow then stick each cloud down. Crease it down and fold it, and there you have a pop-up rainbow!

Now write a lovely message inside for someone special and add your own special decorations!
